How many times a week should you do Functional Fitness?

Depending on your health and fitness goals, we recommend taking a FF class anywhere between two and five times a week.

What is a typical functional fitness workout?

Functional Fitness workouts consist of four main elements: a warm-up, the WOD (workout of the day) and skill-strength training.

Do I need to be in shape to start functional fitness?

No! Functional Fitness is designed for individuals of any physical activity background, whether you’re a former pro athlete or someone that has never had a regular workout routine and simply wants to shed a few pounds.

What if I can’t do an exercise listed in the WOD?

Don’t worry about it. We provide modifications for all our workouts to allow both beginners and experienced athletes to train together. We can always find an alternative exercise for you that will help you achieve the same results.

How long does a functional fitness workout last?

An average group class lasts about one hour.
